Starts in the year of 1999, when its founder
Gonzalo Alcantara decides to initiate this activity
with the mean to create a different company, with
leadership calling and excellent services. Real estate
operations initiated in the residential zone of Recoleta,
where it expands until it covers all of Barrio Norte,
Down Town and part of Belgrano to satisfy the demand
in the area. Provides additional services to traditional
clients and offers a service clearly different than
what competitors give.
Through out these years we have grown in the “know

having in mind the reality of the market. Respecting
